1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using the services of Sinha Ceylon, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our services include document retrieval, translation, attestation, and the sale of souvenir items.

2. Payment Policy (Strict Full Payment Requirement)

• Advance Full Payment: To ensure professional commitment and cover administrative and government costs, full payment (100%) is required upfront before any service (retrieval, translation, or attestation) is initiated.

• Non-Commencement: Sinha Ceylon reserves the right to withhold any process until the total invoiced amount is cleared and confirmed.

• Fee Adjustments: Prices are subject to change based on revisions in government statutory fees or exchange rates. Any additional costs arising during the process must be settled before the final delivery.

3. Accuracy of Information

• Client Responsibility: The client is completely responsible for providing accurate and complete information. Sinha Ceylon is not liable for errors or rejections resulting from incorrect data provided by the user.

• Government Delays: We act as an intermediary facilitator. Delays caused by government departments (MFA, Registrar General, etc.) are beyond our control and Sinha Ceylon cannot be held responsible for such delays.

4. Shipping and Delivery We use trusted third-party international courier services (e.g., DHL, FedEx). Once a document is handed over to the courier service, the risk of loss, damage, or delay is governed by the courier company’s terms and conditions.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Services: Once the full payment is made and processing has begun, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, as the funds are immediately allocated for government fees and professional labor.

• Products (Souvenir Passport): Refunds are only available if the product is proven to be physically damaged upon arrival. Proof of damage must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

6. Souvenir Passport Disclaimer The “Sri Lanka Souvenir Passport” sold on this site is strictly a novelty/souvenir item. It is NOT a legal travel document and cannot be used for immigration, identification, or travel purposes under any law.

7. Privacy and Confidentiality All personal documents provided for attestation and translation are handled with strict confidentiality. They are used solely for the service purpose and are never shared with unauthorized third parties.
